Shipping

Generally, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship your order via the different provider options. The shipping timeline begins once your order processing is complete and the package has left our warehouse. Please note that we are a small team and appreciate your patience!  Shipping fees are calculated based on your choice of delivery.  While there are different methods to choose from, all carriers continue to experience high volumes and delays, so we are unable to guarantee arrival dates at this time.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders; however, Midspring cannot guarantee shipping times once the package has left our warehouse. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information. 

Returns

Returns are eligible up to 14 days after purchase.  Merchandise must be received in its original condition (not washed, worn, altered or damaged) with original tags on the product as received and in original packaging for a full refund.  If the product is received to you damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt so we can make this right! Merchandise marked Final Sale will not be eligible for return or refund.   

Please contact us at hello@midspringsport.com with your order number and information on your return (refund, exchange, etc.), and you will be provided with a pre-paid USPS label to send back goods. The price for the label will be deducted from your refunded amount. Please make sure to reference the tracking information on the label to monitor the goods return to our warehouse.  Midspring is not responsible for any lost or damaged boxes upon arrival.   

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will be in touch only if your return is not approved. If approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.  While we are a small but mighty team, we would hate for you to have a delay in receiving your new items before your trip, outing or tournament!

Wait list/Out of Stock Items

We carry limited quantities in all of our products, so items tend to go out of stock quickly.  We encourage you to select the out-of-stock size you're interested in and enter your email address where it says "Notify Me When Available" so that we can monitor demand and make sure you're the first to know when it's back in stock!

Group Orders

Yes! We would love to coordinate a group order for you.  Please reach out to us with what you're looking to order and the ideal delivery date and we'll get back to you about fulfilling this as well as the discount we can provide.
